Returns and Exchanges

When the product you ordered arrives, please be sure to check the product with the tag still attached to make sure it is not damaged or defective and that there are no errors in your order.

Product defects (damage, damage) or incorrect product due to our fault

We do our utmost to ensure that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is damaged or soiled, or is different from the product you ordered, we will exchange it for a good or genuine product after you return the defective product cash on delivery. If we are unable to arrange a replacement product, we will refund your purchase price.

Please note that even in this case, we cannot accept returns for the following products:

  • Items that are more than 8 days old including the arrival date
  • Used, refurbished, washed or dry cleaned items
  • Products with tags or labels removed or accessories missing
  • Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
  • The product condition at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including the box and accessories)
  • Other items not eligible for return

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience under any circumstances.
