Returns and Exchanges

Once your order arrives, please ensure you check that there are no scratches or defects on the product and that the order content is correct, while the tag is still attached.

〇 Returns/Exchanges due to our fault (stain, damage, incorrect item)

We take every precaution to ensure the perfect delivery of your products. However, if the product you receive is stained or damaged, or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us and return it at our expense. After confirmation, we will replace it with a good/correct item.
Please note that if we cannot provide a replacement, we will issue a refund.
However, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products returned more than 8 days after the arrival date (including the arrival date)
  • Used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned products
  • Products with detached tags/labels or missing accessories
  • Products that have acquired odors, dirt, or scratches after delivery to the customer
  • Products whose condition upon return is significantly different from the condition upon delivery (including boxes and accessories)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and other non-returnable items
  • Products purchased from sources other than this website

〇 Returns/Exchanges due to customer's convenience

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
However, if you wish to change the color or size, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of product arrival. After confirmation, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for the procedure.
The return shipping fee for returns/exchanges and the transfer fee for refunds will be borne by the customer.
*We will bear the shipping fee for sending replacement items. (If multiple exchanges are made, you may be responsible for the shipping fee.)
*Exchanges may not be possible depending on stock availability.

In addition to the non-returnable items mentioned in "Returns/Exchanges due to our fault" above, returns or exchanges will also not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Made-to-order products
  • If we determine that multiple sizes of the same product were ordered with the intention of returning them
